How far in advance should I book? +
Booking earlier gives us more time to match your request with an available Registered Massage Therapist. Same-day requests may also be available, subject to therapist availability.
Can I book a massage for today? +
Yes. You can submit a same-day request through the dedicated booking page. Your requested time is not confirmed until WELLCALM connects the appointment with an available therapist and sends confirmation.

The treatment takes place privately inside your Ace Hotel Toronto guest room.
Does the therapist bring a massage table? +
Yes. Your therapist brings a professional portable massage table, fresh linens, a face cradle and the treatment supplies required for your appointment.
How should I prepare my room? +
Please leave enough open floor space for the therapist to safely set up and move around the massage table. Be in your room and ready at the confirmed appointment time.
Can couples book massage treatments? +
Couples and two-guest bookings may be requested as either simultaneous treatments with two therapists or back-to-back treatments with one therapist. Availability depends on room space, therapist availability and the selected times.
Which treatment style should I choose? +
Choose CALM Signature for a balance of relaxation and therapeutic work, Deep Tissue for firmer focused pressure, Sports Restore for recovery and tired muscles or CALM Mom for prenatal or postnatal massage.
What should I wear? +
Wear whatever is comfortable before the appointment. Your therapist will explain the treatment setup and appropriate draping. You remain covered except for the area being treated.
Will I receive a Registered Massage Therapy receipt? +
Yes. A digital receipt is provided after the completed appointment. Eligibility for reimbursement depends on your individual extended health benefits plan.
Does WELLCALM offer direct insurance billing? +
Guests should plan to pay for the treatment and submit their digital receipt to their insurer. Coverage and reimbursement requirements vary by plan.
When should I be ready? +
Please be in your room and available at the confirmed appointment time. The therapist will need a few minutes to enter the hotel, reach the room and prepare the treatment table.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment have no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours and more than two hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 fee. Cancellations within two hours of the appointment or missed appointments may be charged in full.
Can the concierge arrange the booking for me? +
The concierge can share the booking link or QR code and help direct you to the service menu. The guest booking form collects the contact, treatment and payment information needed for WELLCALM to coordinate the request.
