What should I expect during an in-home massage? +
Your Registered Massage Therapist arrives at your home with a massage table, lotion and treatment equipment. You will review your goals, preferences and any relevant health information before the massage begins. The therapist will then set up in a clean, private area and provide the treatment in your home.
Does the therapist bring the massage table? +
Yes. Your therapist brings the massage table, lotion and professional treatment setup. You only need to provide enough clean space for the table and room for the therapist to move safely around it.
Do I need to provide sheets? +
Clients generally provide clean sheets for the massage table. Membership plans may include additional convenience options depending on the plan. Any specific linen requirements will be included with your booking details.
Are WELLCALM massage therapists registered? +
WELLCALM coordinates Registered Massage Therapists for eligible RMT appointments. Provider matching is based on location, treatment type, timing, availability and any preferences included with your request.
Can I request a female or male therapist? +
Yes. You can include a therapist gender preference when submitting your booking. WELLCALM will try to accommodate the request, although final matching depends on location, timing and provider availability.
Can I book a couples massage? +
Yes. CALM TOGETHER can include two treatments booked for the same occasion, with two therapists where available. CALM BACK TO BACK includes two consecutive massages with one therapist. Couples pricing depends on treatment length and booking format.
Can I book for a family or group? +
Yes. FAMILY & GROUP bookings are available for three or more treatments coordinated in one home, condo, cottage or private setting. This is a good option for family visits, guests, celebrations and wellness weekends.
Will I receive an RMT receipt? +
Eligible RMT appointments can include a receipt with the therapist’s registration details for submission to an extended health plan. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your individual insurance policy.

How far in advance should I book? +
Earlier booking generally provides the most choice, especially for evenings, weekends, couples appointments and therapist preferences. Same-day and short-notice requests may be available depending on location and therapist availability.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment do not carry a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours and more than two hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 fee. Cancellations within two hours may be charged the full appointment amount.
