What wellness services can I book?
WELLCALM provides registered massage therapy for homes and condos, workplace wellness programs, hotel guest services, events and group experiences. We also coordinate mobile physiotherapy and chiropractic care for eligible recovery pathways.
Where and when are services available?
In-home services are available throughout Toronto, the GTA and select surrounding areas seven days a week. Workplace, hotel and event programs may also be available in Ottawa, Montreal and other cities based on the program and provider coverage.
How far ahead can I request an appointment?
In-home appointments can generally be requested up to 45 days ahead. Short-notice and same-day appointments may also be possible depending on your location, requested time and provider availability.
What does my massage therapist bring?
For an in-home massage, your therapist brings a professional massage table, fresh linens and the treatment supplies needed for your appointment. You only need to provide enough clear space for the table and therapist to move comfortably.
Can I request a therapist preference?
Yes. You can share your provider preference, treatment goals and scheduling needs when making your request. WELLCALM considers these details during matching and fulfils preferences based on provider availability.
Can companies book recurring massage programs?
Yes. Companies can arrange a one-time massage day or establish weekly, monthly or quarterly workplace sessions. WELLCALM can coordinate the providers, equipment, employee scheduling and a custom booking page for the program.
Are receipts and direct billing available?
Insurance receipts are provided for eligible treatments delivered by regulated professionals. Direct billing may be available for certain extended health plans and approved Recovery Care services, depending on the insurer and treatment.
Can WELLCALM help after a motor vehicle accident?
Yes. WELLCALM coordinates in-home massage therapy, physiotherapy and chiropractic care for eligible motor vehicle accident clients. Support may include provider matching, scheduling, treatment-plan documentation and direct billing to the auto insurer.
