Welcome to WELLBLOC Inc. WELLCALM Inc. WELLCALM Health & Wellness Inc., WELLBLOCK group Inc. (collectively referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or using our websites (the "Sites"), mobile applications, and services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Sites, applications, or Services.

1. Eligible Use

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our Sites and Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Booking Requirements

To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Valid government identification

  • Valid credit card

  • Valid billing address

  • Valid email address

3. Prices & Payment

  • Prices vary based on the type and duration of treatment as described on our Sites. Full payment is due upon completion of the treatment session or upon booking for certain services.

  • Accepted payment methods are specified on our Sites.

  • By making a booking, you agree to provide complete, correct, and true billing and payment information.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information at the time of booking.

  • Ensuring that the therapist has access to your designated premises and that the space is suitable for the treatment (e.g., adequate lighting and heating).

  • Ensuring the health and safety of the therapist while at your premises.

5. Terms and Conditions for Therapists

5.1 Eligibility and Licensure

  • Therapists must possess valid professional licenses and certifications required by their jurisdiction.

  • Therapists must provide proof of licensure upon request.

5.2 Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Maintain professionalism and respect in all client interactions.

  • Adhere to all WELLBLOC/WELLCALM policies, including informed consent and client confidentiality.

  • Ensure punctuality for all appointments.

  • Provide accurate session details and submit required documentation (e.g., consent forms) promptly.

5.3 Cancellation and Late Policy

  • Therapists must notify WELLBLOC/WELLCALM of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

  • Fees for late arrivals or no-shows include:

    • $50 for arriving more than 15 minutes late.

    • $100 for failing to attend an appointment without notice.

5.4 Payments and Reimbursements

  • Payments will be processed on a NET 30 basis or as outlined in the agreement.

  • Payments are contingent on submitting completed consent forms and session documentation.

5.5 Non-Solicitation Agreement

  • Therapists agree not to solicit WELLBLOC/WELLCALM clients for personal gain for six months after their last engagement through the platform.

5.6 Termination and Suspension

  • WELLBLOC/WELLCALM reserves the right to suspend or terminate therapists for policy violations, client complaints, or unprofessional conduct.

5.7 Insurance and Liability

  • Therapists are required to maintain active professional liability insurance.

  • WELLBLOC/WELLCALM is not liable for any actions or omissions by therapists during service delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a booking, please contact our support team promptly via email or phone.

  • Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show and will incur a 100% booking fee.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • WELLBLOC and WELLCALM are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or Services.

  • We are not responsible for the conduct of any therapist or user of our Services.

  • Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Privacy and Intellectual Property

  • All personal and booking information is stored securely and used solely for service delivery and internal analytics.

  • WELLBLOC and WELLCALM trademarks, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Termination and Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms or terminate your access to the Sites or Services at any time.

  • Notice of changes will be provided on our Sites or via email.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
