  • We are selective about the registered therapists who join the WELLCALM & WELLBLOC community to guarantee the highest quality of service. All therapists are insured and have undergone background checks for good standing with their registered colleges.

    Every WELLCALM registered therapist upholds the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In return, we expect all clients to reciprocate with the same level of respect and conduct.

  • We aim to ensure the safety of both our clients and the therapists with whom we work. We ask all clients to verify their identity before we dispatch therapists to their home, office, or hotel. This is a one-time step that takes only a few minutes, and all provided information is securely protected.

  • Transactions on WELLCALM are automated. To schedule your WELLCALM therapy, you need to have a valid credit card associated with your account. Your card will be charged for your first booking once your treatment is confirmed.

  • Absolutely! The WELLCALM community consists only of registered therapists. Your receipts from your therapist will include your therapist’s company/clinic name and provincial registration number, which can be used when submitting a claim to your extended health insurance.

  • Therapists require clients to complete a health history form before a treatment begins. Your health history provides essential information for your therapist to treat you safely. You only need to complete the form once a year, even if you subsequently see other WELLCALM therapists. Clients must update their health history information with their therapist if any changes arise.

  • We are expanding throughout Canada. If we aren't yet in your city, please send us an email. We'd love to hear from you!

  • Yes! However, our on-demand platform cannot guarantee that your preferred therapist will be available at a specific time, so it's best to book in advance.

  • For sure! After your first treatment with any WELLBLOC registered therapist, you can opt to re-book future sessions with the same individual.

  • Your therapist will always bring a massage table, treatment essentials, and other necessary items. However, we ask that you provide a set of sheets and hand towels for your appointment. Please refer to our 'What to Expect' section for further details.

  • In the unlikely event that your plans change and you need to cancel your booking, our appointment cancellation policy is as follows:

    The appointment cancellation policy is designed to protect the relationship between you and your therapist, as we understand that plans can change swiftly. If you make an error in your booking, there's a 10-minute grace period after submission during which you can cancel without any charge. To qualify, you must contact our customer service team to cancel. Please refer to our 'Cancellation Policy' and 'Terms and Conditions' sections for further details.

WELLNESS AT WORK - FAQs

  • We try to make the process easy. Simply complete the 'Book Workplace Form,' and someone from our team will reach out to you to coordinate the type of wellness date you have in mind. They will be able to customize a solution that works well for your team and answer any questions you may have.

  • We bring friendly and professional registered massage therapists directly to your workplace. We work with your company to schedule convenient time slots for the massages. On the scheduled day, our team will set up a comfortable massage area, equipped with a massage chair or table, in a private or semi-private space within your office. Employees can then enjoy a rejuvenating massage session without the need to leave the workplace.

  • Our in-office massage service offers flexibility in session durations. Employees can choose from various options, typically ranging from 15 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on their preferences and availability. Whether they need a quick relaxation session or a longer, more comprehensive massage, we can accommodate their needs.

    Chair treatments usually work well for 15, 25, or 30-minute sessions, whereas table massages typically work well for 30 or 50-minute sessions.

  • We understand that office space can vary, so our massage setup is designed to be adaptable. Generally, we require a private or semi-private area of around 6ft x 6ft for our massage chair setup. If opting for a massage table, a slightly larger area may be necessary. Our team will work closely with your office managers to find the most suitable space for the massages.

  • Scheduling in-office massages is simple and hassle-free. Once your company decides on the frequency and duration of the massage sessions, we will provide you with a dedicated booking page platform. Employees can then access this page to select their preferred date and time for their massage session. Our system ensures smooth coordination, calendar invites, and booking reminders. We are also available to assist with any scheduling queries

  • The duration of your MVA care treatment plan will depend on the severity of your injuries, individual progress, and the recommended course of treatment. Our healthcare professionals will regularly assess your condition and adjust the treatment plan accordingly. Rest assured that our goal is to help you recover as efficiently and effectively as possible.

  • Absolutely. WELLCALM believes in a collaborative approach to patient care. We encourage open communication and are more than happy to work with other healthcare providers or specialists involved in your treatment.   • By joining the WELLCALM network, therapists gain access to an expansive client base and increased visibility. We provide opportunities for professional growth, collaboration with other healthcare providers, and administrative support. WELLCALM handles tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance, allowing therapists to focus on providing exceptional care to their clients.

  • WELLCALM welcomes a wide range of therapists, including but not limited to physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, occupational therapists, and more. We value diversity and the integration of various therapeutic modalities to provide comprehensive care to our clients.

  • WELLCALM takes care of administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and insurance. Our platform provides a seamless booking system for clients, and we handle the coordination of appointments and the creation of treatment plans. We also manage billing and insurance processes, ensuring that therapists receive timely payments for their services.

  • WELLCALM offers flexibility to therapists. There is no minimum commitment or contract period required to join our network. We are here to make the process of building your practice easier. Therapists have the freedom to determine their availability and can choose to accept or decline booking requests based on their schedule and preferences.

  • WELLCALM values client feedback and reviews, as they contribute to maintaining high-quality services. Clients have the opportunity to provide feedback and leave reviews for therapists they work with through our platform. We encourage therapists to engage with client feedback, as it helps foster improvement and build a strong reputation within the WELLCALM network.

  • Therapists receive 70% of the booked services plus 100% of any tips. Payments are made as a direct deposit into your bank account. Once on-demand or workplace sessions are completed, and the necessary documentation is processed, therapists can expect to receive their payout within 5-7 business days of the treatment. For treatment plans and motor vehicle accident patients, therapists have the option of a weekly or bi-weekly payout schedule.
