How is event massage pricing calculated?
Event pricing depends on the city, venue, service duration, number of providers, treatment format, appointment length and on-site coordination requirements. Private groups booking three or more 60-minute treatments may qualify for published group pricing. Larger events and custom activations receive a tailored quote.
Is there a minimum booking length?
Minimum service requirements may vary by city, provider count, venue and event format. Share your available service window in the event inquiry and WELLCALM will confirm the most suitable setup and applicable pricing.
How many massage therapists will we need?
The recommended provider count depends on the number of guests, appointment length, event duration and expected participation. WELLCALM can calculate a suggested provider plan after reviewing your guest count and available event hours.
What equipment does WELLCALM provide?
WELLCALM providers bring the massage chairs or tables, linens and standard treatment supplies required for the confirmed experience. The event organizer is responsible for providing the agreed treatment area, access and any venue-specific requirements.
How much space is required for event massage?
Chair massage requires less space and works well in open event areas. Table massage requires a larger private or semi-private area with enough room for the table and therapist to move safely. WELLCALM will recommend a layout based on the selected format and number of providers.
Can massage be offered at an outdoor event?
Outdoor service may be possible when there is suitable weather protection, level ground, privacy where required and a reliable indoor backup plan. Final approval depends on the venue, conditions and service format.
Do guests need to undress for event massage?
Chair massage is delivered over clothing and does not require oils. Table massage may be adapted to the event setting and available privacy. The confirmed service plan will explain the setup and guest preparation requirements.
Can attendees receive insurance receipts?
Insurance receipts may be available for eligible individual treatments delivered by Registered Massage Therapists when the booking format and payment structure support individual documentation. Short event sessions, employer-paid programs and custom activations may not qualify. Confirm receipt requirements during event planning.
How far in advance should we book?
Booking as early as possible provides the best access to your preferred date, city and provider count. Larger events, multi-provider programs and weekends generally require more planning time. WELLCALM may also be able to support shorter-notice requests when suitable providers are available.

Yes. Depending on the event, WELLCALM can help structure scheduled appointments, back-to-back treatments or a flexible drop-in format. The recommended approach will depend on guest volume, session length and the event schedule.
