Are your therapists Registered Massage Therapists?

Yes. Massage therapy appointments are delivered by Registered Massage Therapists when booked as RMT services.

What does the therapist bring?

Your therapist brings a professional massage table, linens, face cradle and standard treatment supplies.

Can I request a same-day appointment?

Yes. Same-day requests may be available depending on therapist availability and your location. A wider availability window improves the chance of matching.

Can I book a couples massage?

Yes. Choose same-time massage with two therapists or back-to-back treatments with one therapist.

Will I receive an insurance receipt?

A digital RMT receipt is provided after the completed treatment. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurer.

Can you come to condos and apartments?

Yes. Include parking, concierge, buzzer and building-access instructions when submitting the booking.

What happens after I submit my booking?

WELLCALM matches your request with an available therapist. You receive the exact appointment time once a therapist accepts and the booking is confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are not charged. A $50 fee may apply within 24 hours but more than two hours before the appointment. Cancellations within two hours may be charged in full.
