Our mission is to spread wellness by making it easier for clients to access great therapists 7 days a week from home, the office, or a wellness space.

The Wellness Experience Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring our corporate clients and their employees receive exceptional wellness services. This position involves managing corporate accounts, setting up in-office treatment days, promoting WELLCALM services, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:.

• Manage WELLCALM corporate accounts to ensure client satisfaction.

• Foster strong relationships with corporate clients and employees.

• Maintain and update corporate account information and employee records.

• Organize and set up in-office treatment days.

• Transport and set up equipment such as massage chairs and tables at client offices.

• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for employees during treatments.

• Promote WELLCALM full range of wellness services to employees during in-office treatments.

• Drive engagement and sales by educating employees about the benefits of WELLCALM services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to increase corporate and in-home service bookings.

• Ensure that employees receive top-notch customer service and have a positive experience during in-office treatments.

• Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in customer experience and account management.

• Sales skills with a proven ability to drive growth.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable working in various locations and environments on a weekly basis.

• Ability to transport and set up equipment as needed.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
