WELLNESS COORDINATOR

Our mission is to spread wellness by making it easier for clients to access great therapists 7 days a week from home, the office, or a wellness space.

The Wellness Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our wellness services. This position is ideal for a passionate and experienced chiropractor who excels in promoting wellness services, creating wellness plans, treatment plans, and managing patient and client care for both in-home and corporate clients.

Employee Wellness Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate wellness programs and activities to promote healthy lifestyles.

  • Educate employees on the benefits of different wellness initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement wellness strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes.

  • Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.


Patient Care Responsibilities

  • Oversee new client treatment plans.

  • Conduct initial assessments.

  • Create Treatment Plans / OCF-18s.

  • Pair clients with practitioners for their treatment.

  • Regularly update and manage patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Chiropractor licensed in Ontario (CCO) / British Columbia (BCCA) / Alberta (ACC).

  • Previous experience creating treatment plans.

  • Previous experience in wellness program coordination or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and engage participants effectively.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Slack.
