HEAD OF GROWTH
Toronto, ON / Head of Growth / Permanent Full Time

We are seeking a passionate individual for our Head of Growth position. This full-time role will work closely with our CEO, Wellness Experience Account Managers, and creative teams to analyze feedback and data to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and execute our vision.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the executive team to execute the growth vision and strategy.
Analyze data from various teams (Sales, Wellness Experience, Marketing) to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase in-home bookings and corporate wellness contracts.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Drive engagement and sales by developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth strategies.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of the latest digital industry trends, platforms, and technologies, maintaining close relationships with leading tools and platforms.
Prepare regular reports on growth metrics and present findings to the executive team.
Define and set targets to allow for appropriate measurement, and own the lead generation performance narrative. Evolve our analytics and technology capabilities to support demand generation programs.

Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Well-versed in effective demand generation tactics across channels.
Strong technical background in app marketing, paid digital, and optimizing/scaling multi-million dollar campaigns.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities. Comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations (familiarity with SQL is a plus!).
Ability to synthesize their own and others' thoughts into crisp and effective communications.
